Lucy Slavik, a senior, joins The Miter this year as a staff writer, ready to capture the best moments of the 25-26 school year. 

At Blanchet, Lucy is returning to the volleyball program, this year as a varsity captain. Outside of school, she enjoys hanging out with her friends, soaking up the sun, and cuddling with her two pitbulls. Lucy has committed to Gonzaga, and is planning on taking her passion of volleyball past high school. 

As a first year member of The Miter staff, Lucy is excited to interview fellow students, capture exciting moments, and have fun putting together this year’s yearbook.
