Olivia Tews, a junior at Bishop Blanchet, is starting her first year on The Miter as a staff writer who is excited to bring her thoughts to the table.

At Blanchet, she has been involved in the volleyball team, and enjoys the spirit and excitement of the game. Things she enjoys include being outside and doing activities like skiing and hiking, as well as hanging out with my friends and playing volleyball outside of school. Other things she participates in outside of school include working as a lifeguard in the summer. 

Her goal to start her first year on The Miter is to become a more experienced writer and interviewer, and to meet new people and learn more about the Bishop Blanchet community through these interviews.
