JV boys fall to Spartans in season’s finale

The Brave JV boys basketball team headed over on a ferry to Bainbridge to take on the Spartans on February 5th for their final game of the season.

The team started off the first half strong with a 6-0 lead, but soon had trouble once the Spartans started to catch up.

Both the end of the first and the second half were spent competing back and forth.

Bainbridge began to rack up points in the end of the second half with countless great shots, and the young Braves fought hard but were defeated by the Spartans.

“This game was reflective on our season because everyone was competing for spots and never quit, ” said  freshman Lester Sauvage. “Everyone is excited to see what the future holds for all of us.”

Overall the JV Braves had a great season with countless wins, hard work, and dedication.
