If it’s November, you can count on the Grade School Math Tourney

It happens every November; representatives from a dozen or more local grade schools make the trek to Bishop Blanchet’s halls to do some math.

On the morning of November 8th, while many Braves were taking the SAT or watching Netflix, 113 participants representing 14 schools competed in the 42nd Annual Bishop Blanchet Mathematics Contest.

The kids from North Seattle’s St. Matthew Parish School took home the first place hardware. St. Louise of Bellevue took second, and St. John on 80th and Greenwood placed third.
